The purpose of the skills assessment is to enable an employee, a job seeker or a business manager to consider retraining or professional mobility.

The skills assessment is a key step to “settle down” and take the time to identify your interests and motivations, and analyze your personal and professional skills.

​

Objectives of support during the assessment

The final objective is to define a professional (and personal) project as well as an action plan to make it a reality.

​

As consultants we bring you a methodology, information, we guide the analysis, the synthesis and the help in taking action.

​

The beneficiary must be an actor in its balance sheet and not subject to the examination of an expert.

​

Process of the skills assessment

The skills assessment lasts 28 hours of follow-up and support, including a minimum of 16 hours of individual interviews and takes place over a period of 08 weeks.

​

The 2-hour individual interviews are at the center of the assessment process and are coupled with personal work required outside the interviews:

​

• A writing assignment from the skills portfolio provided

• Information research work with professionals identified together and documentation with specific organizations also identified during the process.

• ​

The tests used in the context of the assessment are adapted to the profile of the beneficiary. They come to complete and confirm a joint work of reflection.
