Get a certification  thanks to your experience.

Anyone, whatever their age, nationality, status and level of training, who has at least 1 year of experience directly related to the certification concerned, can apply for VAE. This certification which can be a diploma, a title or a professional qualification certificate must be registered in the National Directory of Professional Certifications ( RNCP ).

The Validation of Acquired Experience (VAE) allows recognition of one's professional and personal experience in order to obtain all or part of a diploma registered in the national directory of professional certifications, without prior training conditions. VAE is a means of official recognition of skills acquired through professional, personal or associative experience (volunteering or volunteering).

OUR RATE OF SATISFACTION AND SUCCESS IN VAE

The results  are obtained through a questionnaire sent to the trainees at the end of the support and after their appearance before the jury.

  • The "Accompaniment Satisfaction" score corresponds to the average of the scores awarded for  the organizational part of the support.

  • Note  " Accompanist satisfaction " corresponds to the average of the marks awarded for the pedagogical part 

  • Note  " Satisfaction Final Result " corresponds to the average of the marks awarded corresponding to the expectations of the support 

  • Note  "Global Quality  Support "corresponds to the final score attributed to the service by the trainees.

  • The success rate allows to know the success rates in VAE  it is 100% now.

  • The dropout rate corresponds to trainees who abandoned their VAE process before the end.

Objectives of  the accompaniment

 

  • Provide methodological assistance to prepare your experience presentation file.

  • Help you prepare for the professional situation test and / or the interview with the jury, if these validation methods are planned.

  •   Support you to help you identify, organize, analyze and enhance the elements of their professional and personal experience with a view to putting together the VAE file.

  •   You  support during the drafting of the VAE file.

  •   Support you to prepare the defense of the VAE application before a jury.
     

1-INFORMATION AND DIAGNOSIS
The first step is to carry out a VAE diagnosis through an interview in order to guide and ensure the feasibility of your project to confirm your commitment to a VAE process.
 
We offer to help you with this first step free of charge, it is carried out by videoconference and its duration is one hour.

2 - COMPOSITION OF THE ADMISSIBILITY FILE (PART 1 OF THE VAE FILE)
Once you have decided to engage in a VAE process, you will need to complete the admissibility file in which you will have to prove that you have the required number of hours in relation to the requested diploma.

Your request can relate to the whole (except certain diplomas) or to part of the diploma.

For this step, we support you to define the best match between experience, diploma and certifier.  

We help you to draft your admissibility file using appropriate tools: methodological guides, face-to-face interviews, proofreading, contacts with the certifier.
 
3- WRITING THE EXPERIENCE FILE (PART 2 OF THE VAE FILE)
 
Once the admissibility has been acquired, you can proceed to the drafting of part 2
 

This is the longest step and the one that requires the most work. The objective will be to show your future jury, through the description of your experiences, that you have carried out the various tasks described and that these have enabled you to acquire the skills required by the diploma concerned.

Our role will be the support and guidance in the drafting of the file with, first of all, the realization of the detailed plan of the file in line with the expectations of the certifier. A writing schedule is then established in order to guide the candidate in his thought process.

OUR SUPPORT FOR THIS PHASE TAKES PLACE IN SEVERAL STEPS

A-Presentation of part 2 of the VAE file

   Presentation of the device and the process, understanding of the file, NOTION OF SHEETS (decoding of vocabulary, questions, concepts, etc.)
B-Identification of skills
 

   Work on the course of life, the professional course (recalling the lived experience) and identification of the activities in adequacy with the reference frame of the diploma
   Work on strengths, weaknesses, qualities and shortcomings, awareness of professional habits (linking habits / skills)
   Filling out the Experiences- Competences form of the Reference System
   Writing the cover letter
C-Formalization of skills

   Choice of the number and the title of the action sheets to be written.
FOR EACH SHEET:
   Descriptive verbal formulation guided and recorded during interviews 
   Passage to writing, development of the framework of the file
   Layout, presentation, written syntax.
   Proofreading, internal and external consistency, finalization of the writing
D-Preparation for the interview with the jury

   Verification and choice of date for filing the file
   Confidence building work. (emotional management techniques)
   Preparation for the interview with the jury: Presentation of his validation requests by justifying his skills - Answers to the jury's questions.
   Practical scenario with a blank oral exam
   Anticipation of possible non-validations and a possible continuation of the training course


4- INTERVIEW WITH THE JURY 
The jury is responsible for evaluating your skills in relation to those required by the certification reference system for the diploma, title or certificate.
After reading your file, he will ask you questions during an oral interview, the questions will only relate to the elements related to the descriptions made in your file.
The assessment methods are different according to the validating bodies: real or reconstituted professional situation (Ministry of employment, labor and social cohesion for professional titles), file to be established and optional or compulsory oral interview depending on the Ministries.

5- THE JURY'S DECISION

The jury can issue one or more identified parts of professional certification classified in the national directory of professional certifications (RNCP) and aimed at the acquisition of one or more blocks of skills.
The skill blocks are acquired definitively and are issued to the candidate:
   either certificates of competence,
   or a certification booklet.
The jury announces:
   The total validation and assigns the title, diploma or certificate.
   A partial and precise validation of the nature of the knowledge and skills to be the subject of an additional control.
